The problem

Patient care systems were dated, wait times were long, and there was no remote care capability at a point when patients increasingly expected one.

What I did

Deployed telemedicine and patient analytics, implemented electronic health records, and introduced AI-assisted diagnostics with explicit boundaries around what the system decides and what a clinician does.
