Independent consultant

I take AI projects from pilot to production.

Most AI initiatives stall somewhere between a convincing demo and daily operations. I build the delivery structure that closes that gap — scope, governance, and a team that can run the thing after I leave.

How working together looks.

No long discovery phase before anything useful happens. The first deliverable lands in weeks, not quarters.

  1. Call

    30 minutes

Thirty minutes to understand what you are trying to do and whether I am the right person for it. No deck.

A straight answer on whether it is worth doing at all.

  2. Assessment

    2–4 weeks

I look at your processes, data and team, and come back with the use cases that are worth the money.

The use cases worth the money, ranked by return.

  3. Build

We implement in short cycles against agreed metrics, so progress is visible rather than reported.

Working increments, measured against the agreed metrics.

  4. Handover

Your team takes ownership. The engagement ends when they no longer need me, which is the point.

A team that runs the thing without me.

Yury Chernik

I am Yury Chernik.

Independent consultant, ten years of running delivery on complex programmes. I work on the unglamorous half of AI projects — scope, governance, adoption — because that is the half where they usually die.

I take a small number of engagements at a time and finish them before starting the next.

Tell me what is stuck.

Thirty minutes, no deck, no pitch. You describe the problem, I tell you whether it is worth solving and roughly what it takes. If I am not the right person, I will say so.
