Technology

The largest share of my written-up work. Software companies, platform teams and outsourcers — where the problem is rarely building, and usually deciding what to build, pricing it honestly, and keeping delivery predictable as the company outgrows its processes.

What I do here

Delivery structure
Turning ad-hoc releases into a rhythm the business can plan around, without burying the team in process it did not ask for.
Scaling frameworks
SAFe, LeSS or Nexus where they genuinely fit — and a plain backlog where they do not. The framework serves the team, not the other way round.
AI capability
Adding AI to the product or the workflow in a way that survives the first model change and does not become one person’s side project.

What changes

  • Release dates that hold often enough to be worth committing to
  • Scope decisions made against evidence rather than the loudest stakeholder
  • A team that can absorb new people without slowing down
  • Technical debt visible on the roadmap instead of only in retrospectives

Thirty minutes, no deck. Tell me what is stuck and I will tell you whether it is the kind of problem I can move.
